An Intuitive Massage is unique for each individual. Saskia will use a combination of different healing hands-on techniques that will help bring one into a deeper, more relaxed healing space. These techniques involve soft and deep massage, Trigger Points and Reiki healing Energy work. The massage takes its own flow and rhythm, different for each person. This Massage will bring you deep relaxation and healing on many levels.

A full body massage can take up to 2 hours.

Reiki is sometimes relaxing, sometimes energizing & gives you just what you need. It acts on the body and mind. Anyone can support the benefits of Reiki experience with various stress-related symptoms such as headaches, muscle pain and insomnia. In addition, Reiki treatment brings a sense of emotional balance & balance at times when life just does not cooperate. When you receive Reiki healing you´ll lie fully clothed on a treatment table while the Reiki practitioner places hands lightly on or just above your head and torso.
